- Give information about your company, a briefing of it’s history, what you do and where you are located, what makes your business better than your competition.
- Give as much detail about the job description as possible (don’t leave the applicants wondering!)
- Does the applicant need experience? Or will you train them?
- List the salary, benefits, perks, etc.
- If there is any travel involved, inform the applicants in your job description
- Use bold, underline, italics, bullets, and paragraphs when creating your ad. Make it easy on the eyes.
- Include your company logo and/or colors
- Take advantage of your ability to include an attention getter
